Temporary Changes to delivery & pick up procedures due to COVID-19
Under the recommendations of public health authorities, we are taking extra precautions to protect the health of our team members and the communities we serve. In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we are offering curbside delivery. We will update this page as we continue to adapt and make changes to this evolving situation.
Once you have gone through the check out process, you will receive an order confirmation. One of our representatives will give you a call/e-mail (within 2 business days) to confirm and go over the pickup or delivery options you selected.
Once you've spoke with one of our representatives they will confirm delivery or pickup up location, date and time. Please note for customer pickups if you would like your product set up a minimum of 24 hours is required.
Curbside Delivery - With Curbside your purchase will be dropped off at your home at the front door or garage in the manufactures packaging. In case of condo or apartment, your items will be placed in the lobby or designated loading area. From there, you take care of the additional moving, set up, assembly, and recycling.
Room of choice/ White glove delivery is available. An Ashley Rep. will call to book your delivery at that time that feature may be added for an additional charge.
