What Happens after I purchase?

Once you have gone through the check out process you will receive an e-mail confirmation. An Ashley Representative will get in contact Once the product is in stock to schedule your pick up or delivery. 

Rush pick up and delivery may be available. If required please call 705-566-3511 and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Delivery/Pick up

An Ashley representative will get in contact with you (within 2-5 business days) to confirm and go over the pickup or delivery options you selected.

Once you've spoke with one of our representatives they will confirm delivery or pickup up location, date and time.

All product has a one year manufacturer's warranty. Products with a warranty that exceed one year will be noted in the product description.

Refund policy

Upon management approval you are free to cancel your order prior to delivery or pick-up within 48 hour of purchase. Floor samples, clearance and as is product are final sale and cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. After 48 hours you can reselect your product to equal or greater value prior to possession without penalty or request a refund with a 15% cancellation fee. Appliances and mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once the product is in the home. If you have taken possession and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can re-select with a 10% restocking fee or return the product with a 25% restocking fee within 48 hours of possession. Once a delivery is completed delivery fees are non refundable. All products being returned must be received in our distribution center within 7 days of possession, additional delivery fees may apply.  Any protection plan care kits will be refunded if the package is returned un-opened. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used during the initial purchase. (Excluding cheque E Transfers or cash where reimbursement will be via company cheque within 7-10 business days).

 Free shipping to our warehouse or any one of our 3 store locations.  In home delivery is an additional charge

1. Prior arrangements needed for pick up and delivery

2. All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase.

3. Floor sample, clearance, and final sale items have no cosmetic warranty and only carry the manufacturer's warranty.

4. If delivery cannot be completed on the part of the customer we reserve the right to issue an additional delivery fee.

5. All sales are subject to contingencies beyond our control. 

6.When your order arrives, please inspect the product carefully. We’ll be glad to resolve any issues as soon as possible. However, you do have up to 48 hours after delivery or pickup to let us know of any concerns. 1-800-334-3605

7.We stand behind the products we sell and provide in-home and in-shop warranty service for our customers. If you encounter any difficulties during the manufacturer’s warranty or extended service plan periods, please call us right away at 1-800-334-3605 Our service teams will inspect and repair the product. If for some reason we’re unable to make a repair, an exchange or re-selection may be requested from the manufacturer or warranty provider, at their discretion.

8.We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages of whatever kind, bodily injury or property damage to third parties, punitive damages and legal fees.
